Part 1: How to Import the Preparation Scan into the Digital Wax-Up File
One of the advantages of Exocad is its ability to import the digital preparation scan alongside the digital wax-up model, ensuring precise correlation between the two. This functionality streamlines the design process by allowing you to easily outline the margins, while the software automatically proposes the wax-up restorations on the preparations. With just a few finishing touches and contact adaptive adjustment applications, the restorations are ready for milling or printing.
This is a two-part series; both videos should be viewed to understand the workflow fully. You may need to watch several times and take notes, but your effort will be well worth the results.
