Quick Tips for Easy Exocad: Streamlining Your Wax-up Workflow with a CEREC Mindset

My journey into Exocad began with the digital wax-up. Using DS Core, CEREC users can transfer a DXD file from CEREC to Exocad and upload it seamlessly. Although I still prefer CEREC chairside for posterior teeth, the digital wax-up has opened a new realm of aesthetic possibilities within our digital workflow. I’ve often heard that learning Exocad can be challenging for former CEREC users. While it can be, I’ve found that by understanding a particular tool selection and workflow sequence, it becomes quite manageable. In fact, the workflow is quite similar for CEREC users, which helps simplify the learning curve and facilitates mastering Exocad for digital wax-ups. This video reviews the principles for simplifying the digital wax-up Exocad workflow
